Terms of service

The Melusiv store is operated by Melusiv LLP (LLPIN: ADA-0807), registered at Valiyaparambu, Kuruvilassery P O, Kuruvilassery, MALA POLICE STATION, Mukundapuram, Thrissur - 680732, Kerala, India. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Melusiv” refer to that entity, and “you” refers to the person browsing or ordering.

You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Passwords can be reset by requesting a one-time code sent to your registered email address.

Some forms on the site are protected against automated abuse. If a check fails you may be asked to try again.

Products are listed with the colour, size, material and other attribute combinations we currently stock. Each combination is priced and stocked separately, so two combinations of the same product may differ in price. Only combinations that are in stock and switched on are shown for sale.

A product that sells out is removed from our listings but keeps its own page, marked out of stock, so existing links and your order history continue to work. It may return if we restock it.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We take care to list prices, images and descriptions accurately, but errors can happen — if a pricing or availability error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer to fulfil it at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email with an order number, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out between your adding an item and checking out, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we suspect fraud. Stock is re-checked at the moment you place the order, so an item in your bag is not reserved until then.

Where a product supports Cash on Delivery, that option is shown at checkout. Otherwise payment is taken online before dispatch.

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions — a minimum order value, an expiry date, a total usage cap and a limit per customer. Only one code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

After a qualifying order you may be offered a spin on our reward wheel. Rewards are issued as a discount code or a complimentary item added to your order. Wheel rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and codes won this way follow the same expiry and minimum-order rules as any other code. Codes you have won are listed under Rewards in your account.

Orders are dispatched through our third-party logistics partner, which generates the tracking details we share with you. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Free shipping applies where a product or your order total qualifies, as shown at checkout.

Returns and replacements are covered by our refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms. A replacement can only be sent while the product is in stock; where it is not, we will refund you instead.

You may be invited to review a product you have ordered. By submitting a review you confirm it is your own honest opinion, and you grant us a licence to display it on the product page alongside your name. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

The site, its text, imagery, logos and layout belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We provide the site as it is and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thrissur, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
