What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).
When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, along with the items, quantities and variant combinations you ordered.
When you pay: payment is handled by our payment provider. Card and UPI details are entered with them, not with us — we receive only the outcome of the transaction and a reference for it.
As you use the site: your shopping bag and wishlist, any discount codes you apply, spins you take on the reward wheel and rewards you win, and reviews you submit.
When you contact us: the message you send and the contact details you give us so we can reply.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, arrange delivery, process refunds and replacements, keep your order history and invoices available in your account, apply discount codes and rewards correctly, answer your enquiries, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
We keep an internal activity log of administrative changes to the store — products, orders, categories and settings. That log records the acting staff account, not customer browsing.
Who we share it with
Our logistics partner receives the name, address, phone number and item details needed to ship and track your parcel.
Our payment provider processes your payment.
Our email provider delivers order confirmations, password reset codes and similar transactional messages.
Anti-abuse protection on our forms is provided by a third-party service which receives technical signals about the request.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with authorities only where the law requires it.
Public information
A review you submit is shown publicly on the product page with the name on your order. Do not include anything in a review that you would not want published.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account we will remove your profile and marketing preferences, but we must retain the transaction records tied to completed orders.
Your choices
You can view and update your name, contact details and saved addresses in your account, and see your orders, invoices and rewards there. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the retention rules above — by emailing [email protected].
Security
Access to the store's administration is restricted and authenticated. Passwords are hashed. Sessions are held as tokens in your browser and expire, after which you are signed out. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
The store is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
